Lion Nur Islam Leads the Election Campaign in Narail-2 as Gono Odhikar Parishad Candidate

In Narail, central leader of Gono Odhikar Parishad, Lion Nur Islam, is spearheading the election campaign for the Narail-2 constituency. As part of his initiatives, Gono Odhikar Parishad organized an Iftar Mahfil, distributed Eid essentials among the poor, destitute, and underprivileged, and gifted Eid Panjabis to party activists. Additionally, a massive motorbike showdown took place across the district, with participation from hundreds of party leaders and activists from both district and upazila levels. The showdown was led by Lion Nur Islam, along with the district’s organizational secretary Tipu Sheikh and other top leaders.

Regarding the event, Lion Nur Islam said, “We have only tried to do what we could within our capacity — it’s just a small gesture. However, we aim to do something even bigger in the future. We hope to have everyone’s support in all our good initiatives.”

He further expressed his aspiration to take on larger initiatives in the days ahead, seeking prayers and support for Gono Odhikar Parishad from all.

Lion Nur Islam added that the core mission of Gono Odhikar Parishad is to protect the rights of the people. The organization’s president, VP Nurul Haque Nur, is working relentlessly to fulfill that vision through his leadership.
